Joshua 8:1-35
And the Lord said to Joshua, “Do not fear and do not be dismayed. Take all the fighting men with you, and arise, go up to Ai. See, I have given into your hand the king of Ai, and his people, his city, and his land. And you shall do to Ai and its king as you did to Jericho and its king. Only its spoil and its livestock you shall take as plunder for yourselves. Lay an ambush against the city, behind it.” So Joshua and all the fighting men arose to go up to Ai. And Joshua chose 30,000 mighty men of valor and sent them out by night. And he commanded them, “Behold, you shall lie in ambush against the city, behind it. Do not go very far from the city, but all of you remain ready. And I and all the people who are with me will approach the city. Women Ages: 22 to 100 yrs old.
The biggest connection I can see between a pearl and wisdom is they both take a long time to develop. Also both a pearl and wisdom seem like small objects but are both very valuable. The difference between natural and cultured pearls focuses on whether the pearl was created spontaneously by nature without human intervention or with human aid.
VISION
The Bible tells us our identity and model of what kind women we should strive to be whether married or single in Proverbs 31. Women that are seeking to be validated by nothing yielded of creation but our “Creator” Jesus Christ. Holy women upholding the standards of holy living and no compromise to the things of this world. The bible states “Call for the “Moaning Women”, women who will be yielded and submitted in “Prayer”.
Women walking in excellence not just in “Corporate America” but excellence in their homes as wives, mothers, and sisters. PRHM Women’s Department is preparing women who will know that there is power and a blessing in submission and knowing our biblical roles in our homes and society. We are not seeking to be shallow, emotional basket cases but women who are confident and holistic in the work of the Lord.
In addition to the many things the women's ministries will play part in the local church, world, our community and in Corporate America.

Mission: Aims to provide Christ-centered services that assist women with their spiritual, personal and economic growth, development, and to be enabled to achieve their dreams. Our goal is to support, promote, and empower women to rise above their limitations and allow God to direct and guide their paths.
Vision: A world where women aspire to greatness for God. God has equipped the woman to be world changers and to shape and transform the world they live in. He gave us the ultimate ability which is to give life.

We all know the story of Queen Esther and how she became a queen by a series of unexpected events. A key point that is so prolific about Esther story is that she was groomed and prepared for the blessing. After six months of preparation, Esther had her turn with the King. God did give her “Beauty” but it was Esther faith that shifted her into the unknown. Preparation brings the Blessings!
VISION:
Young Women validated by nothing yielded of creation but our “Creator” which is Jesus Christ. Preparing young women for discipleship, service to the kingdom, womanhood, marriage, and careers. Preparing pre-adolescents for the pitfalls of adulthood and the myths of this worldly system. Informing and teaching them their value and significance in life in their morals and self-esteem.
Seeker Generation
We are taking our youth back for Jesus Christ. The Lord revealed to us as a body that our focus must be on the next generation. We will obey the Lord at all cost. The Lord spoke to us this will be a generation that will "Seek God" as in Psalms 24:6. God reveals to redeem. Our youth face so many challenges from their youth to adulthood and we want to assist them through faith, hope and real experiences.
Evangelism & Community Outreach
PRHM have a vision that reach globally. The bible tell us "Charity starts at home and spreads abroad". We want our community to know that we are hear to serve them not only spiritually but naturally. We have a vision to reach our community through our Clothing program, Community Garden, Food Bank(Coming soon), Educational Resources (Coming soon), Housing Assistance (Coming soon), Job Training (Coming soon) and so much more. We want to be the hands and feet of our saviour Jesus Christ.
We want to fullfill our obligation to win souls to Jesus Christ through the ministry of Evangelism. We are all held accountable as believer's to fullfill the "Great Commission", as our lord and saviour has instructed us to do.
